Referral Policy

This policy applies to Procvin's referral program (www.procvin.com), operated by Growpro Learning Solutions OPC Private Limited. By participating in the referral program, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. How the Referral Program Works
Every Procvin account has a unique referral link (available on the Referral page in your dashboard). When someone signs up using your link and that link's referral code is recorded against their account at signup, they become your "referred user." This link only attaches at signup — it cannot be applied retroactively to an existing account.
2. When You Earn a Referral Credit
You earn ₹50 when your referred user completes their first successful paid purchase on Procvin (a Basic or Starter plan on any resume). Credit is awarded only once per referred user — on their first paid purchase only. Subsequent purchases or plan renewals by the same referred user do not generate additional referral credit. Self-referral (using your own link to sign up a second account) does not earn credit.
3. Referral Balance
Your referral balance is the sum of all credited referral earnings, minus any amounts already requested for payout. You can view your live balance at any time on the Referral page.
4. Payout Threshold and Process
Once your referral balance reaches ₹200, a bank details form becomes available on the Referral page. Bank account details you submit are encrypted before storage and are only decrypted by an authorized team member to process your payout. Payouts are reviewed and processed manually — there is no automatic transfer. We aim to process valid payout requests within a few business days of submission, and the status of your request (pending or paid) is visible on the Referral page at all times.
5. Eligibility and Fair Use
The referral program is intended for genuine word-of-mouth sharing. Procvin reserves the right to withhold or reverse referral credit obtained through fraudulent signups, fake accounts, self-referral circumvention, or any other abuse of the program, and to suspend a user's participation in the program at its sole discretion.
6. Changes to This Program
Procvin may modify the referral credit amount, payout threshold, or any other term of this program at any time. Changes will not affect referral credit already earned and recorded before the change takes effect.
