1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Procvin (www.procvin.com), operated by Growpro Learning Solutions OPC Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Refunds and Cancellations policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use Procvin. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate, current information when registering and building your resume profile.
3. Your Resume Content
You retain ownership of the personal, work, and education information you enter into Procvin. We process this content to generate your resume documents, live intelligence scores (ATS, Job Match, Skill, Experience, Achievement, Verification, Employability), and AI coaching suggestions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Procvin offers Essential and Pro subscription plans, billed monthly and processed through our payment partner, Cashfree. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refunds and Cancellations policy for full details.
5. Templates & Digital Products
Free and paid resume templates are licensed to you for personal use in building your own resume. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage template designs. One-time template purchases are tied to your account and do not transfer to other users.
6. Scores & AI Suggestions Are Guidance Only
Live intelligence scores, ATS compatibility ratings, keyword gap analysis, and AI coach suggestions are provided to help you improve your resume and are generated algorithmically. They are guidance only and do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any employment outcome.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, reverse-engineering or scraping the platform or its templates, interfering with its operation, or uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
8. Intellectual Property
All template designs, scoring algorithms, branding, software, and platform design are owned by Growpro Learning Solutions OPC Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission, beyond the personal-use license described above.
9. Disclaimers
Procvin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using Procvin will result in any particular employment outcome.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growpro Learning Solutions OPC Private Limited and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Procvin at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct that we believe harms the platform, its users, or third parties.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Procvin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
