Refunds and Cancellations

This policy applies to all payments made on Procvin (www.procvin.com), operated by Growpro Learning Solutions OPC Private Limited, including subscription plans and one-time template purchases. By making a payment on our platform, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Subscriptions (Essential & Pro)

Procvin subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel anytime from your account settings — this is a soft cancellation, meaning you keep full access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you are charged twice for the same billing period by mistake, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.

2. Signature Templates (One-Time Purchases)

Signature templates and other one-time template purchases are digital products that unlock instantly once payment is confirmed. Because access is granted immediately, these purchases are non-refundable once the template has been unlocked. If a payment is deducted but the template fails to unlock due to a technical error on our end, we will restore access free of charge or issue a full refund within 3–5 working days, at our discretion.

3. General Terms

Where a refund is approved under this policy, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Refunds will not be issued simply because you changed your mind after a service has already been delivered in accordance with the terms above. All refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the original transaction date in order to be considered. To request a refund, write to us at connect@procvin.com quoting your payment reference or order ID. Procvin reserves the right to assess any refund request not explicitly covered by the scenarios above on its own merits, and to make a final determination at its sole discretion.
