Refund Policy – Procvin
1. No Refund After Download
Once a resume/CV has been downloaded, no refund will be issued.
2. Subscription / Payment
If you purchase a premium plan and do not use/download the CV, you may request a refund within 24 hours.
3. Technical Issues
If payment is deducted but service is not delivered, contact us within 48 hours.
4. Duplicate Payments
Duplicate transactions will be refunded after verification.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
